As a Gas safe company, boilers are a large part of our work. As an advanced Vaillant installer I can offer a free extended guarantee on Vaillant boilers. I am also experienced in all other makes and models including Worcester Bosch etc.
We have extensive knowledge and can offer free quotations and advice as to which boiler would best suit your needs. We offer a 24 hour call out service for local boiler breakdowns and a fixed rate annual service and Landlords certificate fee.
Combination
- Suitable for flats and small houses with one bathroom
- Low water mains pressure can be overcome.

- Suitable for medium to bigger houses with either unvented or open vented cylinders. Will provide for multiple bathrooms

Heat only
- For the bigger house that needs bigger pumps and expansion vessels. Suitable for unvented cylinder or open vented cylinder to supply multiple bathrooms

- If it is possible, we will fix the problem there and then

- Annual reminders send in good time to arrange a convenient appointment. We are a happy to liaise with the tenants to arrange access
- Copies of certificates left with tenants, sent to landlord and kept on file
